Who we are: Bramjnaa (برامجنا) is a software company that designs, builds and operates web platforms and mobile apps. This website presents our services and work and lets you contact us.

Publishing tool (Bramjnaa panel): on this domain we run an internal tool that publishes our own content to our own Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Telegram accounts. It is not a public service and has no sign-up; only our team uses it, with accounts the team owns or manages. The tool publishes nothing without an explicit action by the team, and it is never used for bulk messaging or automated interaction with other people's accounts.

Platform terms: when connecting or publishing to any account we follow that platform's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms), the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy), and the Meta and TikTok terms. The account owner is responsible for making sure published content is owned or licensed by them and complies with each platform's rules.

Disconnecting and data deletion: any connected account can be disconnected at any time from inside the panel or from the platform itself (for example Google Account permissions or Facebook Business Integrations). On disconnect we delete that account's access tokens; what we store is described in our privacy policy.

Content and ownership: the website's text, design and images belong to Bramjnaa (برامجنا) unless stated otherwise; trademarks of showcased projects belong to their owners.

Acceptable use: do not use the website or its forms to send spam or unlawful content, or to attack or disrupt the website.

Disclaimer: the website and tool are provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party platforms.

Changes: we may update these terms; updates take effect when published on this page.
